Spicy Avocado Lime Dressing

Ingredients: Makes 8 Servings
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Pinch of cayenne (optional for heat)
- Salt to taste
- 2–4 tbsp water (to thin)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time to thin to desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 4–5 days. Stir before each use.
