Spicy Avocado Lime Dressing

This Spicy Avocado Lime Dressing is creamy, zesty, and loaded with hormone-supportive fats to help you stay full, focused, and in fat-burning mode. Ripe avocado brings the healthy fats your midlife metabolism needs, while fresh lime juice, garlic, and a touch of spice wake up any meal without weighing you down. It’s the perfect drizzle for shrimp bowls, veggie hashes, or any dish that needs a little kick and a lot of nourishment.

 

Ingredients: Makes 8 Servings

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional for heat)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2–4 tbsp water (to thin)

 

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Add water 1 tbsp at a time to thin to desired consistency.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 4–5 days. Stir before each use.
