I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, coaching thousands of women through every season of life. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when you follow bad advice, restrictive diets, and outdated fitness plans—and I know what it takes to turn it all around.

As a certified fitness, nutrition, and mindset coach, I specialize in helping midlife women cut through the confusion and start seeing real, lasting results.
