Ingredients: Makes 2 Servings
1.25 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp taco seasoning
8 small corn tortillas
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped red onion
4 tbsp Spicy Lemon-Tahini Sauce
Directions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes).
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Stir to combine and simmer for 2–3 more minutes until thickened.
- While the meat is cooking, warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20–30 seconds.
- Assemble tacos: layer turkey meat, cabbage, avocado slices, red onion and tahini sauce
