Ingredients: Makes 8 Servings
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Water to thin (3–5 tbsp)
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly add water, 1 tbsp at a time, whisking until you reach a pourable consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake before each use.
