Lemon-Herb Chicken Breast with Roasted Cabbage Wedges

This Lemon-Herb Chicken with Roasted Cabbage is a metabolism-friendly meal that’s big on flavor and light on bloat. Juicy, lean chicken breast is seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika, and herbs for a bold, zesty kick, no sauces or sugar needed. Roasted cabbage wedges bring fiber and crunch, supporting healthy digestion and hormone detox without overloading carbs or calories. Finished with a drizzle of tangy Dijon vinaigrette, this is the kind of simple, whole-food meal that helps your body feel as strong as it looks.

 

Ingredients: Makes 2 Servings

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • 4 wedges green cabbage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Apple Cider Vinaigrette (see recipe)

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Drizzle cabbage wedges with half the olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place on sheet pan.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place next to cabbage. Roast for 25–30 minutes.
  • Slice chicken and serve with roasted cabbage. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
