Garlic Herb Salmon with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients: Makes 4 Servings
- 4 salmon fillets (5 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 8 tbsp Herby Green Yogurt Sauce (2 tbsp per plate)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes.
- Pat salmon dry. Rub with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake salmon at 400°F on parchment-lined tray for 12–15 minutes, until flaky and 145°F internal temp.
- Serve salmon with roasted broccoli and 2 tbsp yogurt sauce.
