Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette

This Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette is a simple, flavor-packed way to elevate your meals while keeping your hormones—and your macros—in check. Made with heart-healthy olive oil, tangy balsamic vinegar, and a blend of dried herbs, it delivers that rich, savory punch without any sugar, preservatives, or filler. It pairs perfectly with everything from grilled steak to roasted veggies, making it a batch-prep staple that brings balance, flavor, and fat-loss support to every bite.

 

Ingredients: Makes 8 Servings

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

 

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or small container with a lid.
  • Shake vigorously until fully combined.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 10 days. Let sit at room temp for a few minutes and shake well before using.
